It doesn't have any spare domes or wax guard replacements but these can be bought cheaply on Amazon (£9.99 for 32 guards (4 x packs) and packs of domes around the same price)

With the launch of the new Audeo Belong 70 platform of RIC hearing aids, Phonak have launched their much anticipated new Advanced range lithium-ion rechargeable Receiver In Canal, the Audeo B70-R . It is the first Lithium-ion rechargeable RIC to the market and the first ever rechargeable digital hearing aid for Phonak. They say that the battery pack will deliver 24 hours of hearing with one simple charge (expected results when fully charged, and up to 80 minutes wireless streaming time).

While this range is a step down from the 90 level of technology, it is still an outstanding offering packed with great features. You can expect pretty good results from these hearing aids even in noisier situations. Phonak have been careful to retain many of the top of the range features, even if they are not automatic in this level, they are still there.

Audeo B70 hearing aids recognise and automatically adapt to more of your listening situations than ever before. The range will run on the new improved AutoSense OS. At this level of technology it has four automatic programmes that will blend together to give you the best hearing possible. You also get five extra manual programs to work with for maximum fine tuning for different situations. The feedback from consumers on the new AutoSense OS is pretty good, they talk about smooth changes with no sense of sudden feature change. It makes for a better hearing experience in general as you move through your day.

It can be used with several receiver variations meaning it can cover a lot of hearing losses down to profound. It is also a wireless device with a programme button but no volume control or telecoil.
