It is fully functional and mechanically in good working condition. It has been used, so there are some marks on the plastics, but it is a brilliant scooter that can easily support up to 27 stone.
Perfect for airlines and travelling — the scooter can be taken right up to the plane entrance/gate, where airline staff can then store it folded during the flight.
