Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time depending on availability
We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our mobile phone and electronics shop in Birmingham.
Our business sells mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles and other electronics both in-store and online through platforms such as eBay, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace.
The role will include:
Creating and managing online listings
Taking good-quality product photos
Testing mobile phones, tablets, consoles and electronics
Packing and dispatching online orders
Keeping stock organised
Helping customers in the shop
Basic computer and internet work
Experience with eBay, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace or online selling would be very useful.
Good knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles and electronics is preferred.
If you have experience with mobile phone repairs, screen replacements, battery replacements or other electronics repairs, this would be a big advantage, but repair experience is not essential.
We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable using computers and smartphones
Interested in electronics and technology
Able to communicate well with customers
