Red 3-door Mitsubishi Colt (manual), 111,851 miles.

MOT valid until 18 November 2026 – no major issues over the past 3 years.

Reliable car – used daily for commuting and the occasional long-distance trips to Edinburgh, Lake District and Leeds from Newcastle without problems. Starts well and drives smoothly.

We replaced the starter motor with a brand new one 3 years ago. And replaced a brand new battery one month ago

Condition:

Some minor scratches and small dents consistent with age.

Engine occasionally feels “weak” which requires a deeper press on the accelerator pedal, but manageable and has not affected reliability. Mechanic advised it’s not worth investigating further given age/value of the car.

Cheap to run, economical 1.1 petrol engine. Ideal for new drivers, students, or as a second car.

Only selling because we now have a baby and need a 5-door car for easier rear seat access.
