I am a professional individual and mature student currently seeking an urgent long-term let in a quiet, safe residential area within Fife. I am currently based in the KY7 area and find myself in an emergency situation where I must relocate immediately. My current environment is no longer safe, and it is a matter of urgency that I find a peaceful and secure new home.

Financial Security:
I am a highly reliable tenant with guaranteed income. My rent is covered by full ADP and the Universal Credit ‘Limited Capability for Work’ component. I have been granted a Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP) which covers the first month’s rent and the full deposit. Please note that I require a formal Offer of Tenancy to have these funds released by the local authority.
