2010 Mini Cooper – OV10 LYP – £1,000
Selling my 2010 Mini Cooper which has been my reliable work car. It has 155k miles, mostly motorway miles, and still runs well. Just passed its MOT with no issues flagged, including the cosmetic ones listed below.
Good bits
• MOT recently passed
• Drives great for its age and mileage
• Mostly motorway miles
• Cheap to run and insure
• Engine starts strong and has never let me down
Honest bits
• Three small dents on the bonnet
• Small crack on the front right bumper
• Light oil leak that has been present the whole time I’ve owned it
• Needs a small top-up of oil every couple of months depending on driving
The oil leak has never caused an MOT fail and hasn’t affected how the car drives. I’ve priced it at £1,000 due to the cosmetic issues and the minor leak. Autotrader suggested about £1,300 in good condition, so this is a fair price for anyone wanting a solid little runaround.
