I have owned since February 2026 - since then I have had it MOT'd and replaced the battery.
MOT until February 2027
No issues with the car, drives absolutely perfectly. I'm selling due to financial constraints!
Two small holes in the roof but overall very waterproof. Roof also slightly mossy but doesn't affect performance.
The rear window is made of perspex and very cloudy, also has two cracks in it. Still does not let rain or any other water in.
It does get hot but these MGFs are prone to overheat because the coolant has further to travel.
The rear windscreen is plastic and has two cracks in it (pictured) but rain still struggles to get in.
I have never broken down in it and I have done two 2hr+ trips in it.
It did have issues with starting, however Kwikfit replaced the battery, and since then it has started every time.
I also had the bottom of the car sprayed in February 2026 with a corrosion repellent to minimise rust damage in the future.
Great fun little car for riding around in. Would highly recommend both as a learner car and as a runaround summer car.
