Breitling Emergency

Up for sale is my Breitling Emergency, a legendary search-and-rescue timepiece. Please read the full description regarding the condition, as this watch is being sold as non-running/for repair.
Condition Overview:
• Emergency Transmitter: Fully Functional. As seen in the accompanying video, the transmitter system is active and passes its test. This is the most critical and expensive component of the watch.
• Timekeeping Movement: Currently not running. The watch stopped approximately three months after being worn while swimming. It may simply require a high-quality battery and a professional reseal, but due to the exposure to water, I cannot guarantee the condition of the internal quartz movement.
• Cosmetic Condition: Good used condition with minor marks
Reason for Sale:
I love this watch, but I am currently not in a financial position to send it to Breitling for a full service and overhaul. I am choosing to sell it at a fair price to someone who has the resources to restore this iconic instrument to its full glory.
