Description
My husband flew a light aircraft in the eighties and nineties. He bought this heavy flying jacket new around the mid-eighties. I have tried hard to photograph any marks but this is almost impossible. I would say it’s in very good vintage condition with a few scuff marks on the outside. The lining is immaculate. It’s extremely warm; vital thousands of feet up in the air.
I’m guessing it’s size M-L. He’s medium build and 6ft. tall. Nape to hem almost 27”. Shoulder to cuff 31”. Underarm to underarm across back 26”. However, this narrows below armhole opening. Gumtree males no provision for any in-between size, so I went for M.
