Find, approach and sign new creators from the modelling and music worlds for a fast-growing, award-winning management agency. Please note, this is a sales and networking role, not an in-house recruitment role.

Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning client. They are a leading management agency for social media creators, specialising in TikTok, and are growing rapidly. As the business expands, they are now looking for a Talent Agent to join the team and drive the growth of their creator roster.

You'll be winning over models, musicians, influencers and emerging talent who may not have considered creating content professionally. You'll pitch the opportunity, build relationships and sign them up, much like a sales and business development role, with a social media and talent-scouting slant. Full training is provided, so you don't need previous experience of creator management, however a existing network or contacts in the modelling or music industries would be a real advantage.

This position will be based out of our clients new Hemel Hempstead HQ. Two salary package options are available:

Basic salary from 25k and above - plus an attractive commission structure, with earnings driven by the talent you signFixed salary from 40k upwards with no commission

The Role:

Proactively scout and sign high-potential creators, including models, musicians, influencers, content creators and emerging talentFind talent through TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, creator communities, referrals and direct outreachBuild relationships with modelling agencies, talent agencies, music industry contacts and creator networks to create new sources of talent, and draw on your existing network where you have onePitch the opportunity of building a career as a creator and convert prospects into signed talentRun introductory calls, meetings and auditions, assessing personality, confidence, presence and audience potentialManage your own pipeline from first contact through to onboarding, hitting sign-up targetsWork with the Creator Management team to hand over new creators smoothlyTrack results and work out which outreach channels and approaches perform bestKeep up with social media and creator trends to spot new talent early

About You:

A natural networker and confident communicator, comfortable approaching people cold and building rapport quicklyAn existing network or contacts within modelling or music (such as agencies, managers, artists, promoters or models) that you can introduce to the opportunityExperience in a sales, business development, account management, talent management, influencer marketing, modelling, music or creator partnerships environment, with a track record of winning people over and hitting targetsStrong understanding of social media and creator culture, particularly TikTok and InstagramA good eye for personality, presence and potentialCommercially minded and target driven, with the motivation to earn through resultsOrganised enough to manage a high-volume pipeline and keep accurate recordsCreative about finding new ways to reach and attract talentHappy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
