Senior Data & Insights Manager

Description

Join a leading entertainment business and play a pivotal role in shaping a data-driven culture across Marketing. You'll lead strategic data initiatives, own self-service reporting and insight platforms, and translate complex business challenges into actionable, measurable outcomes.

Working closely with marketing, agency, legal, and data teams, you'll drive first-party data strategy, enhance decision-making through analytics, champion data governance, and up skill stakeholders to become confident users of data and insights.

Key Requirements:

6+ years' experience in data, analytics, reporting, or insightsStrong background in marketing and media analyticsAdvanced Tableau expertise (essential)Experience with Snowflake, Datorama, APIs, and first-party data strategiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsSQL knowledge advantageousThis is an exciting opportunity to lead transformational projects, influence business strategy, and future-proof data capabilities within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
