This role will require a full time shift pattern (12 hours, 2 days + nights) to be followed up to Christmas.

You will then have the option to stay on as a casual member of staff picking up shifts when suitable to you.

Weekly PayResponsibilities:

As an Experienced Machine Operator, you will:

Operate and maintain various machinery with precision

Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently

Conduct quality control checks to uphold our high standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator in an FMCG environment

Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail

Technical and mechanical aptitude to understand machinery

A reliable work ethic with a commitment to quality

Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative setting

Technologies:

Familiarity with various FMCG machinery

Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures

Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting
