The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Team Operatives to join their busy production site. The role

As a Production Team Operative, you will be working as part of a busy production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed and handled safely and efficiently. You will be required to follow company procedures and strict health and safety, food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Key responsibilities

* Supporting the production process to ensure it runs safely and efficiently.

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets.

* Following production, health and safety and food hygiene procedures.

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.

* Ensuring products and materials are handled correctly.

* Reporting any issues, hazards or incidents to the relevant Team Leader or Manager.

* Working safely and responsibly at all times.

* Helping to minimise waste and support environmental and sustainability standards.

* Following all site rules and procedures.

* Carrying out any other reasonable duties required by management.

Shift pattern

This role operates on a rotating continental shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts.

Week 1: 5 day shifts – 6:00am to 6:00pm

Week 2: 2 day shifts – 6:00am to 6:00pm

Week 3: 5 night shifts – 6:00pm to 6:00am

Week 4: 2 night shifts – 6:00pm to 6:00am

You must be comfortable working both days and nights as part of the rotating shift pattern.

* £14.82 per hour.
