Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30, office-based

Salary: £30,000–£31,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our client's design team and take ownership of producing high-quality visual content across the business.

You will be responsible for creating engaging photography and video content that showcases thier products, supports marketing campaigns and helps customers better understand the tools we sell.

The role will involve everything from day-to-day product photography and 360° product imagery through to planning, filming and editing engaging content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and other social media channels.

Key Responsibilities Product Photography

* Produce clean, high-quality product photography for our client's website and online marketplaces.

* Operate and manage the company's Orbitvu 360° photography system.

* Capture detailed product feature shots, close-ups and supporting imagery.

* Prepare and stage products for photography.

* Set up and manage appropriate lighting, backgrounds and camera equipment.

* Retouch and optimise images using Adobe Photoshop.

* Ensure all photography meets brand and quality standards.

Videography & Content Creation

* Plan and organise video content, including developing shot ideas, scripts and key product highlights.

* Prepare studio environments for filming, including lighting, backgrounds and camera positioning.

* Film product demonstrations, promotional videos and social media content.

* Capture clear and engaging explanations of product features and benefits.

* Create short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram and other social platforms.

* Develop visual content that makes products easy for customers to understand.

* Plan and execute video shoots independently from preparation through to completion.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Create motion graphics, titles, animations and other video enhancements using Adobe After Effects.

Edit content for different formats and platforms.

Ensure finished videos are engaging, professional and aligned with the company's brand.

Manage audio, transitions, graphics and other post-production requirements.

Workflow & Collaboration

Organise and manage photography and video files efficiently.

Maintain a structured workflow for media assets and finished content.

Ensure consistency in visual style, quality and branding across all content.

Work closely with the marketing and design team to support campaigns and new product launches.

Manage multiple creative projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

Contribute ideas for new and engaging content formats.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in product photography and videography.

Portfolio required as part of the application.

Confident using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

Experience using studio lighting for photography and video.

Ability to independently plan, prepare and execute video shoots.

Strong experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image retouching and optimisation.

Strong understanding of photography and video production workflows.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.

Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.

Good organisational skills and a structured approach to managing media and projects.

The following would be advantageous for the Videographer& Photographer role

Graphic design experience.

Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.

Experience producing YouTube content.

Experience with short-form video content.

Experience working with ecommerce or product-based businesses.

An interest in tools, DIY or product demonstration content.

Experience working with 360° product photography systems.

£30,000–£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
