Description

A new senior Media Payables role focusing on managing vendor accounts, high-volume invoice processing, and reconciliations within advertising and media agencies. These positions heavily require proficiency in DDS (Brandocean / Mediaocean).

Senior positions in media accounts payable combine standard financial workflows with industry-specific media channels like TV, press, radio, and digital. We are looking for candidates that have previously worked for an independent or network media agency, looking for a more hands on role in a SME.

Mediaocean (DDS) Processing: High-volume entry, matching, and processing of complex media vendor invoices.Vendor & Supplier Management: Reconciling supplier statements, handling complex payment queries, and fixing discrepancies.Reconciliation & Reporting: Generating monthly financial reconciliations using Excel and running reports for cleared payments.Financial Controls: Ensuring timely and accurate execution of supplier payments across various multi-channel campaigns. Key Requirements

System Knowledge: Strong, proven competency using Mediaocean DDSExperience: 2 years + working in finance, accounting, or accounts payable specifically within a media agency setting.Analytical Skills: Intermediate working knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) for data and statement reconciliations.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve billing discrepancies smoothly with media owners and internal account teams Media Geeks is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our work place.
