Senior Print Finisher – Large Format | Harlow | Up to £37,000

Are you a hands-on Print Finisher with a passion for detail and quality?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Print Finisher to join our busy production team in Harlow and help deliver large-format projects to the highest standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a Kongsberg cutting table or Zund, laminators, and graphic mounting/wrapping – and is ready to take ownership of quality finishing in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Operating and maintaining Kongsberg cutting machines with precision and efficiency

* Laminating, wrapping, mounting, and applying graphics across a range of substrates

* Reading job tickets, artwork layouts, and production schedules

* Conducting quality checks at every stage of the finishing process

* Managing workflow priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality

* Troubleshooting and maintaining finishing equipment

* Keeping a safe, organised, and tidy workspace

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years’ experience in large-format print finishing (senior level preferred)

* Ideally proficiency with Kongsberg cutters or Zund and laminators

* Strong skills in wrap mounting graphics to a professional standard

* Sharp eye for detail and quality control

* Ability to read technical drawings and specs

* Organised, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure

* A team player with good communication skills

Desirable but not essential:

* Experience with vinyl application, eyeleting, or sewing

* Knowledge of RIP software / large-format printing processes

* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends)
