Project Analyst - Global Rewards & Compensation (Media Industry)
Hybrid - 3 days in-office | London
Up to £230/day | Temporary with potential to go permanent
We're working with a leading media company seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support ongoing global compensation initiatives.
You'll play a key role in analysing, collating, and summarising compensation data across international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in rewards and compensation, and proven ability to manage data-heavy tasks in Excel.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in global compensation or rewards roles
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing, etc.)
Analytical mindset with ability to distil complex data into clear insights
Previous experience in a project-based or analyst roleThe Role:
Support a range of global compensation projects at one time
Work closely with HR and compensation teams across regions
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summariesDetails:
Day Rate: Up to £230/day (inside IR35)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temporary, with a view to go permanent
Hybrid: 3 days per week in central London office
