This spring, we opened a brand-new showroom in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol, and we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join the team.

Package & Opportunity on Offer:

A competitive basic salary of GBP28,000 to GBP32,000 per annum depending on experience.Excellent commission structure realistic OTE of GBP60k+Monday to Friday 09 30 and Saturday 10 00.Saturday working is on a 3 out of 4 basis over a 4 week period.28 Days holiday including bank holidays.Nest Pension - 5% Employee contribution and 3% Company contributionOpportunity to grow with a highly successful and expanding brandBe part of small team in an exciting new showroom in a prime Bristol location The Role of Kitchen Designer:

Designing and selling bespoke handmade kitchensManaging your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to orderWorking with a combination of national enquiries and local showroom walk-insDelivering an exceptional, consultative customer experienceUsing Winner Flex or similar kitchen design software Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years experience designing handmade kitchens (essential)Proven experience in a design-and-sales role within the kitchen industryConfident managing your own pipeline and closing salesStrong design eye with excellent client-facing skillsComfortable working independently as well as in a teamExperienced using Winner Flex or comparable softwareHave a valid UK driving licence and access to a car What s next?
