About the Role
Gill Autos & MOT Centre Ltd is looking for an experienced Auto Electrician / Diagnostic Technician to join our growing technical team.
This is a hands-on technical position for someone who is genuinely confident diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle electrical and electronic faults.
We're an independent garage approved by JLR, VAG, Mercedes, and BMW group, which means we have access to all of the software - any experience with ToPix, ODIS, Xentry, and ISTA is a bonus!
We are not simply looking for someone who can plug in a diagnostic scanner, read a fault code and replace a component.
We want someone who understands how vehicle electrical systems work, can interpret wiring diagrams, take accurate measurements, follow a logical diagnostic process and identify the root cause of difficult faults.
You will become one of the key technical members of our workshop and take ownership of electrical and diagnostic work across a wide range of vehicles.
