A well-established commercial kitchen equipment company providing planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, Sales & installation services to a wide range of customers across the hospitality, catering and food service industries.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and highly organised Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering team.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our team of field engineers operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will coordinate engineer schedules, manage workloads, review completed jobs, prepare quotations, order parts and support the smooth running of our service department.
This is an office-based role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily scheduling and allocation of work for a team of field service engineers. Monitor engineer workloads and maximise productivity. Review engineers' paperwork, service reports and job completion records for accuracy. Prepare quotations for repairs, replacement parts and additional works.
