DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Manufactured, Direct From The Factory Delivery is Fast and Free*

We use a national carriers for quicker deliveries, offering a two man service due to item weight, throughout the United Kingdom; deliveries usually between 7am to 9pm.

When your mattress is ready for despatch, your delivery date will be confirmed by sms - with the opportunity for you to confirm the date is convenient, or rearrange an alternative delivery date. On the day prior to delivery, you will receive a delivery time window, again by sms, then on the day of delivery, the team will contact you on route, at least 1hr before arrival with an accurate eta. Hopefully this minimise the need for you to sit at home waiting for your mattress to arrive.

Deliveries are completed as part of a route, as as a consequence sometimes time windows can be amended, however we strive to ensure you are made aware.

Deliveries are made to the entrance door of your property, couriers are not insured to take items inside your property.

All items are dispatched in new, undamaged packaging, sealed to ensure your mattress arrives in new condition, as it left our factory, if there is any damage to outer packaging, the goods carry instructions on how to proceed before signing for acceptance.

We deliver to most UK mainland destinations, but if you are unsure or in doubt about any delivery postcode, please don't hesitate to ask, and we will be happy to confirm - some more remote areas may be available at an additional charge.

We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.

Items will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any very rare case of damage.

Returns Policy:

Goods, if unopened and in it's original, unopened packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase, for health protection and hygiene reasons explicitly, once unsealed/opened, cancellation rights are lost.

If you have changed your mind and want to return your sealed/unopened item(s), please contact us, and we will advise you on the returns process, alternatively, please review your purchase terms and conditions supplied in your order confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if items are returned to us within 14 days of receiving.
