Can you help with pinched nerves, sciatic, shooting pain to the toes underneath the feet

Frozen Shoulder and other Back pain

also maybe suggesting ...?? to improve health and vitality

Can you combine Physio and Massage - 90 min or longer to achieve the best or regular 45 min.

Do you drive or have your massage Bed?- I have Massage Bed

This is ad-hoc and not daily - more like 2 days a week or more
