Personal trainer and a martial arts instructor, all rolled into one! I can not only get you fitter, I can improve your conditioning and teach you a multitude of combat techniques.
My passion is fueled through my love of helping people improve themselves. Whether you choose to train in the gym with me, or join my Martial arts club, you will get my 100% attention and a service with a smile!
My Martial arts background comes from a combination of Krav Maga, Boxing and Wrestling. Combine this with basic Judo, Jiu Jitsu and weapon defense, you then have an opportunity to learn a multitude of disciplines under one roof.
If you choose to train with me in the gym, I can bring you fitness wishes to life. Whether it be muscle gaining, weight loss, cardio fitness, flexibility training, range of movement etc, I can get you there.
