Description

Urban MMA is a beginner-friendly class combining MMA fundamentals with practical urban self-defence. Training focuses on real-world self-protection you can pick up quickly, taught in a safe, friendly environment where intensity is always controlled. Sessions are highly technical and biomechanics-led, prioritising efficiency, injury prevention, and confidence over ego.
Sundays 12:45–2:45. First session free, then £20 per class.

Adam as a trainer has been amazing, i went to him to box to lose some weight now training is my favourite part of every week. He really goes above and beyond so often ill get a text with training ideas to do at home and after every session i get some points to focus on. Not only did i lose all the weight i wanted to quicker than i ever have but he developed a genuine passion for boxing/kickboxing and has kept pushing me to get better and better. Id had coaches before but Adam was a step up and has really pushed ne to stay consistent. Couldn’t recommend more.
