About the Project
We run an established UK mathematics tuition service led by a specialist educator (PhD, PGCE, QTS) providing diagnostic tuition across Edexcel, AQA, and OCR exam boards. We support secondary school students through interactive online tuition nationwide and in-person lessons across the West Midlands.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented freelancer to design our core brand assets/flyers and handle onboarding across key UK business directories, tutor platforms, and local search networks.
Scope of Work
1. Graphic Design (Banners, Social Flyers & Print)
Create clean, high-resolution graphics matching our brand identity and curriculum focus:
* Print-Ready Flyers: A4 and A5 formats (300 DPI, print-ready with bleeds) for noticeboards and local distribution.
* Social Media Feed Graphics: 4:5 portrait ratio (1080 × 1350 px) for feeds and community groups.
* Story & Mobile Video Formats: 9:16 vertical ratio (1080 × 1920 px) tailored for mobile viewing and stories.
* Cover Banners: Sized for desktop and mobile headers across major business and social platforms.

2. UK Directory & Platform Onboarding
Complete full, verified profile registrations using our master information sheet across:
* Search & Map Directories: Major search engine business profiles and UK mapping systems.
* Specialised UK Tutoring Marketplaces: High-intent UK private tutoring platforms and directories.
* UK Business & Classified Listings: High-authority free UK business citation sites and regional noticeboards.
* Social Media Setups: Applying the created banners and profile artwork to newly configured business profiles.
Key Deliverables
* Design Asset Pack: Complete set of exported PNG, JPEG, and print-ready PDF files, alongside source files (Canva, Figma, or Adobe formats).
* Master Tracking Spreadsheet: An organized sheet detailing:
* Platform name and directory category
* Live profile/listing URL
* Status (Live, Pending Verification, or Awaiting PIN/Approval)
* Login credentials used for each setup
* Relevant follow-up actions
Requirements
* Proven background in graphic design (flyers, banners, and digital marketing materials).
* Experience with UK local citations, directory submissions, and business listings.
* High attention to detail ensuring consistent business information across all profiles.
