Roof & Wall Master operate all over Scotland and are seeking to further develop our business in Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders areas.

We seek a highly motivated self-starting and results driven individual to build and lead a team of like-minded individuals. Operating in neighbourhood communities as part of a wider strategic marketing campaign to generate leads by identifying clients most likely to require & seek our services.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and train field canvassers to meet and exceed daily lead generation targets

Route Planning: Identify, schedule, and plan canvassing routes within the companies wider marketing strategy

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and track ROI of field activities to evaluate team performance and report findings to senior management Compliance: Manage all canvassing activities, ensure field canvassers comply with any local regulations and the companies marketing/lead generation script

Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching, training and general motivation for your team

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven management and team leadership experience

Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability manage people with a positive attitude

Availability: Ability to work flexible hours to reach homeowners at optimal times

Mobility: A full driving licence is required for transporting teams to field sites Benefits:
