Description

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within the company, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This fixed-term role is based in East Sussex with possible hybrid working available. Description

Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.

Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Assist in the screening of applications and liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates effectively.

Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Provide support for onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.

Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function to enhance efficiency.

Ensure adherence to public sector policies and standards throughout recruitment activities.Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Administrator should have:

Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organisational skills.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
