Working hours - Hybrid working, 2 days in the offices in Gillingham and 3 days from home.

**This is a great entry level role for someone just starting out in their Marketing career.

The role - Reporting to the Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales by coordinating and uploading marketing promotions across systems and supporting both digital and traditional marketing channels.

You’ll also work closely with internal teams to analyse campaign effectiveness, generate reports (ROI, sales performance), and support ongoing marketing activities and administration.

The Marketing Data Assistant/Analyst will be required to do the following tasks:

Upload promotions and data into internal systems and liaise with the eCommerce team

Maintain and manipulate pricing spreadsheets and sales data

Analyse marketing campaigns, generate ROI reports, and highlight key findings

Create and manage invoices, purchase orders, and supplier stock claims

Ensure the marketing database is always accurate and up to date

Coordinate advertising schedules, journal briefs, and support creative campaign delivery

General marketing administration and occasional event support

The successful Marketing Data Assistant/Analyst should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

Degree-level education preferred (Marketing or Business)

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)

High level of attention to detail – accuracy is key

Strong data analysis skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with marketing or sales teams

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, QlikView, or JD Edwards/SAP

Creative flair and interest in campaign development This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful Marketing Data Assistant/Analyst to work for a fantastic organisation, offering a salary of between £23-25,000 depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
