Senior Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager has responsibility for the day-to-day comms within the UC section of the Marketing team.

They are responsible for delivering customer comms, whether that be for compliance, educational or sales purposes and also oversees the execution of our Direct Mail and E-mail campaigns.

The intention of this role is to drive further customer value, either by improving the retention rates, or by increasing the value of our customer’s contracts with us.

This wide-ranging role will suit someone who is experienced across the marketing function, is comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the company, is meticulously organised, and capable of handling multiple large projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering and incrementally improving performance of our prospecting e-mail campaigns

• Conduct analysis of both customer and new business marketing campaigns

• Execution of all customer comms within the UC area

• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements within the UC area

• Contribute to website content within the UC area

• Manage and make edits to key documents such as brochures and terms xjnqpsq and conditions

• Ensure appropriate stock levels for all key documentation and collateral

Experience, Knowledge & Expertise – Essential Experience

• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/e-mail platform

• Strong copywriting experience • Strong e-mail campaigning experience

• Exceptional level of attention to detail

• Comfortable communicating at all levels of an organisation
