Location: hybrid working in KDC Bolton, Turton Street, Bolton, BL1 2TF

As a Proposals Coordinator, you'll support the full bid lifecycle-from initial expressions of interest to final submission. You'll liaise with key stakeholders to craft high-quality proposals that win work. Your organisational flair, time management, and ability to manage multiple moving parts will ensure we meet deadlines with precision and professionalism.

What you'll be doing:

Monitor procurement portals and maintain tender pipeline systems, tracking opportunities from prospect to award.

Lead full proposal lifecycle from RFI/PQQ receipt through final submission, supporting internal governance and review processes

Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop compelling proposal content.

Support vendor accreditations, maintain bid libraries, and assist with tender management reporting.

Respond to queries, proofread submissions, and ensure quality checks meet deadlines.

Contribute to bid strategy, build stakeholder relationships, and champion sustainability messaging.

Capture customer feedback for continuous improvement and support marketing material development.

What we're looking for:

Experience of working on tenders within the decommissioning, industrial or construction sector would be desirable

Experience with Google systems and proposal software tools

Experience coordinating full proposal solutions with multiple contributors

Experience managing complex high value tenders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
