As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a passionate Part-Time Promoter to join our team. You’ll play a key role in representing Crystal&Co, connecting with potential students and customers, and promoting our services with energy and professionalism.

The Role:

As a Part-Time Promoter, you will engage directly with the public to share information about our courses and services. You will:

Present services clearly and enthusiastically to potential students and customers.

Assist customers in choosing the courses that best meet their goals.

Build and maintain relationships through follow-ups and event engagement.

Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, flyers, and other materials.

Deliver interactive presentations and answer customer questions.

Assist with event setup, ensuring displays are tidy, attractive, and professional.

Report on promotional activities, including customer interest and materials distributed.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and confident individual with the following skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Customer-focused, attentive, and adaptable to different needs and situations.

Promotional experience preferred but not required.

A driving licence is advantageous.

Knowledge of Romanian or Russian is a plus but not mandatory.
