The Marketing Analyst role:

Analysing marketing, sales, and customer behaviour data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities.

Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with BI and e-commerce teams.

Producing robust weekly and monthly performance reports covering ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness.

Providing actionable insights to optimise digital channels including PPC, social, email, SEO, and content.

Undertaking segmentation analysis and support A/B testing to improve targeting and conversion.

Conducting competitor and market analysis to highlight opportunities for differentiation.

Working cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, retail operations, and product teams to support commercial objectives.

Assisting with forecasting, budget tracking, and improving data accuracy.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a marketing analyst, data analyst, or insight-driven marketing role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, Excel, or similar.

Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
