Opus People Solutions are looking for a creative, fast-thinking, AI-confident Marketing & Content specialist to join our team.

This is a brand-new role, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on, inventive and able to turn ideas into polished content quickly - not someone who "just posts on social media."

A big part of this role is helping us attract candidates across the full breadth of a diverse range of roles - from frontline and specialist positions to professional and senior-level jobs. At Opus we work across a multi-sectors, each with different motivations and audiences, so we need someone who can adapt content and campaigns to speak to very different groups.

High-quality, polished content creation

Building campaigns that drive strong candidate generation

Tailoring messaging to diverse audiences and job families

Using AI tools confidently and creatively

Working at pace without compromising detail

Turning a brief into assets quickly (video, graphics, copy)

You'll work closely with our operational teams to create impactful, professional content that reflects who we are, while complementing our existing marketing design team - and you'll have the space to shape this role as we grow.
