A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager with digital marketing experience to join a well-established global brand, the organisation delivers innovative financial solutions while focusing on customer service, compliance and business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for Marketing Campaign Manager with digital marketing to join a busy marketing team on a fixed term maternity leave cover contract.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic marketing objectives and help increase brand awareness across the agricultural, construction and industrial sectors.

The role will focus on delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns, managing online content and supporting wider marketing activity. This includes creating email campaigns, updating website content, developing social media activity, supporting SEO initiatives and analysing campaign performance.

Job Description:

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be managing website content and supporting SEO activity

Developing social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be supporting advertising, financial promotions and marketing communications

Producing engaging written and digital content

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be monitoring campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement

Supporting database management and customer feedback surveys

Liaising with external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners

Ensuring all marketing activity meets FCA, GDPR and company brand guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12 months' experience within a marketing role

Strong experience in digital marketing and online campaigns

Experience managing email marketing campaigns and website content

Knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Experience using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools

Knowledge of SEO principles and website management

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design software is desirable

Strong written communication skills and copywriting experience desirable

Creative flair with an eye for design

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Strong problem-solving skills

Confident working as part of a team

Full UK driving licence required due to occasional travel requirements (pool car available)

Must be able to pass a credit check and DBS This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Uttoxeter, Derby, Tean, Cheadle, Creswell, Eccleshall, Burton on Trent, Stafford, Cannock, Staffs Moorlands, Rugeley, Blythe Bridge, Ashbourne, Barlaston, Stafford and surrounding areas

This role would suit candidates with the following experience Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Manager, Marketing Communications Executive, Content Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist or Marketing Assistant with strong

digital marketing experience.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:45 pm

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE Per Annum
