Whether it’s hosting a summer staff get-together or coordinating their presence at a large community festival, you’ll be at the heart of it all making things happen and ensuring everyone has a brilliant experience.
This role requires creativity, flexibility, a good sense of fun and a knack for logistics. You’ll be working closely with the in-house marketing team and colleagues across all departments, ensuring events are delivered with purpose, polish and personality.

* On-Site Execution: Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees feel well looked after.
* Budget Control: Manage event budgets efficiently while maintaining high standards and experience quality.
* Post-Event Review: Collect feedback and performance metrics, and report back to the wider team with suggestions for improvements.
* Employee Engagement: Help to drive team spirit and engagement through seasonal activities, competitions and themed events. xjnqpsq
