Lincoln, Full Time, Permanent

Salary £27,000 per annum

We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting with email campaign creation and assisting with website updates, as well as:

* Manage and grow key affiliate relationships to increase traffic and revenue

* Plan and execute quarterly promotional calendars, including offers and voucher codes

* Negotiate paid placements and secure media exposure

* Produce and present affiliate performance reports in company meetings

* Coordinate affiliate newsletters and ensure timely validation of commissions

* Collaborate with design teams on creative assets and manage voucher page content

* Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners

* Ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor campaign performance metrics

* Assist with regular website content updates, including banners and promotional assets

* Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with marketing activity

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as:

* Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing (preferably on AWIN) and Digital Marketing

* Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis

* Understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, email, social, ecommerce, and web)

* Confident communicator with experience presenting reports and representing the company externally

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

* Self-motivated, analytical, and results-focused
