The Role Workshop Caretaker Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full–Time Workshop Caretaker to join their team, commencing in the New Year.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well–organised workshop and yard environment, and who is comfortable assisting with a variety of general labour and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and tidying the workshop and yard areas
Emptying bins and managing waste
Mopping and maintaining clean floors
Conducting FLT visual inspections
General facility and building maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs)
Ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and presentable
General cleaning and upkeep of the premises
Drop–off and collection of parts as required using a company van
Candidate Requirements: Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Current driver s licence required
