The Role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day–to–day management of their area, resources and team members, with primary responsibility for driving improved team performance across safety, quality assurance, waste reduction and productivity output in the warehouse, all supported by robust plans to train and develop themselves and their teams on a continual basis.
The Warehouse Supervisor is required to display appropriate positive leadership behaviours that empower and inspire their teams to perform to the best of their capabilities.
