Salary: 45,000 – 47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client based in Ashford, this is a great opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day–to–day warehouse/factory operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimise storage and distribution efficiency.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes in collaboration with cross–functional teams.Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.Apply CNC or programming knowledge to optimise operational processes and machinery performance.Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other essential warehouse data.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing warehouse or factory operations.Proficient in CNC operations and/or programming with a strong technical understanding.Strong leadership and team management skills.
