Warehouse Operative (Picker & Packer / Light Assembly)
Location: SN16
Hours: Day shift – 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.50 per hour
As this role is based outside of any town with no transport links you will need to drive in order to be suitable.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. You’ll be working with premium hardware, switches, sockets, and lighting products — mostly light items, so no heavy lifting required!
Your role will involve picking and packing orders, light assembly work, and helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things properly.
Main Duties:

Pick and pack light products accurately and efficiently
*
Assist with light assembly tasks using basic hand tools
*
Prepare goods for dispatch and maintain quality standards
*
Help with stock control and general warehouse duties
*
Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
About You:
*
Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred (but not essential — full training provided)
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy
*
Confident using your hands and basic tools
*
Reliable, punctual, and able xjnqpsq to work well in a small team
*
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
