Rates 13 per hour

Hours: Mon–Fri start between 06:30/08:30 – finish 17:00

The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative/picker packer to join a well–established company in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands–on work in a fast–paced, team–focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business.
You'll be reporting directly to the Owner, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate within the warehouse using glue guns where needed,
Pick and pack products into boxes,
Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to think on their feet.
