Description
Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking for a skilled and motivated Veneer Prep Operative to join our client production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling veneers to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and finish.
Responsiblities
Selecting, cutting, and matching veneers according to project specifications
Preparing veneer sheets for pressing and laminating
Ensuring accurate grain matching and color consistency
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in veneer preparation or similar woodworking role
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team xjnqpsq
Good understanding of veneer types and characteristics
Reliable and punctual
