This role will be based at our Willenhall manufacturing facility.

What will you be doing?

Assembling lock cylinders and components to meet precise quality and production standards

Following work instructions, drawings, and technical guidelines with accuracy

Inspecting finished products, identifying and reporting any defects

Using and maintaining hand tools and assembly equipment safely

Keying and pinning cylinders to specific customer requirements

Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe

Tracking output and highlight any issues to the team leader

Working collaboratively to meet team production targets

Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives

Always following all health & safety procedures

What can you bring to the role?

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

A reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

Ability to work at a consistent pace in a production environment

Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

It would be beneficial (but not essential) if you have the following:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment

Familiarity with quality control processes

Experience working with small components or precision parts

Please Note: Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 –16:45 / Friday 08:00 – 12:30
