You will be working as part of the Boning Hall team to ensure the needs of the business are met in a timely and effective manner according to the specification. You will be part of a fast paced, proactive team liaising with colleagues and production departments and planning to ensure all deadlines are met as well as improving efficiency and developing current processes. As part of your development, you will also undertake the ABP Butchery Academy 12-week Fast Track programme.

Monday to Friday 6.30am to 5.00pm including 2 x 30-minute breaks

Able to work under own initiative Be a team player The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to follow detailed operating procedures with a high degree of attention to detail.
