Trainee Automotive (mechanical) assembly operative

Description

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Operative to join a leading engineering and manufacturing company within the automotive industry.

This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, assembly, production, manufacturing, or hands–on experience, as well as those with a strong work ethic looking to develop technical skills. Full training is provided.

Working Days are Mon Fri

Key Duties:

Mechanical assembly and fitting Strip down, cleaning, and reassembly of components Use of hand tools and basic engineering equipment Following engineering drawings or work instructions Quality inspection and testing General production and manufacturing duties Skills & Experience:

Mechanical, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential Experience using hand tools (spanners, torque wrenches, etc.) Ability to follow instructions and processes Good attention to detail Backgrounds considered: assembly operative, production operative, warehouse operative, mechanical fitter, vehicle mechanic, machine operative
