They are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to work closely with customers, providing technical insight, and spot new business opportunities. This role will take projects from the enquiry stage through to delivery. The right person will have experience within the aerospace industry, and have a technical background using CAD.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through upselling and exceptional serviceHandle new enquiries, monitor emails, and manage calls in a fast–paced desk–based environmentOversee multiple live projects simultaneously, ensuring all are prioritised and actioned efficientlyCollaborate with customers to understand layouts, product needs, and technical requirementsPrepare quotes, negotiate terms, and establish clear delivery timeframesWork closely with the design team to develop tailored concepts and present them to clientsDeliver product presentations, answer technical questions, and guide customers from quotation to deliveryTravel monthly across the UK, Europe, and the US to meet clients and showcase solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Must have experience in the aerospace industryEngineering or design background to collaborate with technical teams and advise customersBasic understanding of CAD softwareAbility to manage multiple fast–paced projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills for quoting, negotiating, and presenting to clientsEnthusiastic and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem–solvingWillingness to travel monthly across the UK, Europe, and the US (expenses covered)
