Food industry tracking record: Proven experience as a Technical Manager within food manufacturing.Retailer exposure: Direct experience managing relationships and compliance standards for major UK supermarkets.Audit success: A strong history of leading successful BRC and customer audits.Communication skills: The ability to influence people across operations, commercial teams, and external clients.Leadership style: A collaborative, coaching–led approach combined with a practical, common–sense attitude.Next steps
