Description

Supply Chain Coordinator – Hybrid - Cambridge

£32,000 - £38,000 plus benefits

Premium, Fast-Growing Organic Food Brand

We are a pioneering, high-growth premium food brand, known for our natural, organic, and nutritionally rich products. With both branded and own-label lines, our award-winning ranges are stocked by major UK retailers. Our innovative approach has helped us lead the way in our category – and we're not slowing down.

We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a key role in a fast-paced, international business, ideal for someone who thrives on making things happen and wants to play a central part in our continued growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Forecasting: Maintain accurate demand forecasts by incorporating sales history, promotions, seasonal trends, and customer range changes.

Critical Path Management: Oversee NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) timelines to ensure successful and timely product launches.

Logistics & Supplier Coordination: Manage day-to-day relationships and operations with UK warehousing and transport providers.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in inventory management, forecasting, and customer delivery

Strong problem-solving skills – you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy getting stuck into a challenge

Excellent communication skills – confident, collaborative, and outgoing

Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification

Experience with SAP is a plus

Exposure to the FMCG supply chain is desirable, but not essential

Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious business that values innovation and initiative. You’ll work alongside passionate food-lovers in a company where your contributions genuinely make an impact.

Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week at our Cambridge office
