Job Details:

Pay: Up to GBP69,000 per annum (Bonus: 12%, Company Car/Allowance)Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days roleDuration: PermanentBenefits: Pension 8%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private healthcare Job Role: As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a quality team of five, including 2 Quality Managers and 3 Inspectors, across two sites in Heathrow and Tewksbury. Your focus will be on driving compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement practices. You'll ensure delivery of high–quality products, develop and evolve quality systems, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a Quality role at a senior or management level within a manufacturing environmentWorking and audit knowledge relevant to accredited standardsExperience in a manufacturing/production environment with knowledge of industry standards and guidelinesDemonstrable experience in validating new equipment and processesProject management and problem–solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma)Excellent customer relations skills Commutable From: Greenford, Southall, Twickenham, Slough, Ealing, Wembley
