Are you looking to join a major Principal Contractor and industry leader across the construction sector?

We're working with a very well–established leader in the fit–out, new build and major refurbishments sector to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. This role will cover a number of high–profile projects in London. They have a strong commitment to health and safety and this role will play a key part in supporting site teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will include:

Assisting in the implementation and delivery of the company's health and safety strategy across fit–out and refurbishment projects.Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.Providing support and guidance to site teams and contractors on best practices for health and safety.Assisting in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions. The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:

Previous experience in a similar role within construction, fit–out, or a related sector.The ability to engage and influence site teams, ensuring health and safety best practices are followed.NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
